Return policy for direct sales
If you have questions about Doxie, please contact Doxie Customer Care for expert assistance. Most concerns are easily resolved, and it’s critically important to us that each and every Doxie customer is fully satisfied.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of shipment for a refund. As long a the product and accessories are returned in good condition, we will provide a refund of the full purchase price paid, less outbound shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number (RMA) and return address.
All returns must be packed in the original packaging and include all accessories in good condition. If parts are missing or damaged, restocking fees may apply. Our return policy applies to orders placed on the Doxie Store at www.getdoxie.com/store – if you purchased your Doxie from somewhere else, their return policy applies, and you should contact them for more information.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA). Please ship your product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If an Apparent Corporation representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, we cannot accept liability for your package. If you send a shipment without following these guidelines, Apparent retains the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit.
If you believe Doxie is experiencing a hardware issue, e-mail us at email@example.com. If your scanner is in need of warranty repair or replacement, we’ll send you instructions for sending the scanner to us. Please note, you need a return authorization number (RMA) in order for us to accept your scanner for repair.

Taxes & imports for direct sales
Direct sales from www.getdoxie.com are shipped from our warehouses in United States. Apparent is a North Carolina corporation; taxes are collected for North Carolina residents during checkout.
If you’re located outside the United States, please note that we don’t collect taxes for other countries and jurisdictions; all prices are exclusive of any local taxes or duties you might be subject to on import. For example, if you’re located in the European Union, VAT is not collected and may be requested of you by your local government on import. If, however, you purchase from a reseller within the European Union (like Amazon.de), prices will be VAT inclusive.
Special pricing policy for direct sales
Some products that can be purchased at a lower price than our standard offer price include a button to “view price” or “show price”, which then provides you with a quotation. By clicking this button, you are directly asking us to provide you with a quotation, creating a direct relationship between us, and thus we are able to provide you with the best, unadvertised pricing.
