I updated Doxie app, and now it doesn't work with my model or OS.

If you updated Doxie app to a version that is not compatible with your model or OS, simply revert to an older version of the app by downloading and installing the older version again.

For all original Doxie (DX100) users: download the app from the software page
For all other models: visit the legacy software pages for Mac or Windows

Mac only: When you drag the Doxie app inside the disk to your Applications folder, you may see a dialog box if you have another version of the Doxie app installed. Simply click Replace to overwrite the existing version.
