I see a fixed white line while scanning flipped.

If you're scanning flipped under very bright lighting, you might see a shadow of a white line in your scans. This is the result of the reflection from the light above, and it's from the light passing through the scanning window, to the glass below, then reflecting back on the image sensor at just the right angle.

There's two easy solutions:

• Place Doxie's lid on top of the window while you're scanning to block the light.
• Slightly move Doxie out of the direct reflection of the light.
