Why won't Doxie stop blinking?

Doxie's light blinks rapidly when there's an error condition.

Here's how to troubleshoot:

• If you were scanning, there’s likely a paper jam. Wait until the scanner stops trying to scan, then press the power button. The paper will be returned to you. Flatten your sheet, adjust the paper guide, then try scanning again.
• If there's an SD card or USB flash drive connected, there may be a memory problem – the memory card may be full, locked, or not properly formatted. Clear the card and try again, or try another memory card to isolate the problem.
• Doxie may need to be cleaned and re-calibrated.
• If you're scanning to internal memory, it may be full or somehow corrupted. You can try reformatting the internal memory (FAT32 format) to see if this corrects this issue. Note, however, that this will clear any scans in memory). Here's instructions for formatting a drive:
