We're pleased to offer complimentary in-warranty service for Doxie customers worldwide. To obtain warranty service, we just need your original proof of purchase and your current mailing address. This information is required to obtain warranty service. We'll use this information to verify your purchase.

Please send us one of these so we can independently verify your Doxie purchase:

• Amazon: If you purchased Doxie from Doxie & Co. via Amazon (USA, Canada, Europe), send us your Amazon order number and we'll look it up directly.
• Other Retailers: If you purchased your Doxie from a third party, please forward us a copy of your original purchase receipt (either via e-mail or as a PDF). We'll use this information to attempt to verify your order and warranty eligibility.

If we can't independently verify your order with the above steps, we're still happy to provide you with warranty service – we'll provide you with an address to send your Doxie for service evaluation.
