Where is my data stored?

Scans within the Doxie software are stored in the Doxie Library here:

Mac: /Users/yourname/Library/Application Support/Apparent/Doxie Library
Windows: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Apparent\Doxie Library

On a Mac, this is the user's Library folder – not any other library folder. The user's library folder might be hidden – here's how to show it.

On Windows Vista/7/8/10, the “AppData” is typically hidden - search Windows help for “show hidden files” to enable view options for hidden folders.

Do not attempt to change the structure of this file. It's intended for internal use by the Doxie software.

You can't change this location, and attempting to do so isn't recommended. Instead, save your scans where you want them from within the Doxie software.
