Help! I'm trying to scan a long document, but Doxie Pro keeps stopping.

Doxie Pro's standard scanning mode can accommodate documents up to 14" in length.

Doxie Pro also offers an extended scanning mode that will allow you to scan documents as long as 114". Because of its supportive paper guides, we recommend scanning all long items with Doxie's ADF.

How To Scan Extra Long Paper

To enable scanning paper over 14” long (Doxie's default scanning length), hold down the Control/"Ctrl" button on your keyboard (near the bottom left corner) while clicking the Scan button in Doxie’s software.

If your Doxie is reporting a Paper Jam Error, follow these instructions to resolve it.
