Doxie Q sunset product status

As of April 2025, we've stopped making Doxie Q in favor of our current model, Doxie Pro. These models are no longer available for sale:

If you have one of these Doxie models, you've still got a terrific Doxie scanner that's fully supported by both us and the Doxie software. So, nothing has changed for you.

I own one of these models. What's this mean for me?

Nothing. Doxie Q is in sunset status, meaning we aren't making more, but it's a fully supported Doxie product. We provide full customer service and in-warranty service for your scanner, and the current Doxie software fully supports your Doxie.

You can still get a replacement battery, paper pads and pick rollers, and accessories for your Doxie Q.

I wanted to buy a Doxie Q. What do I do?

Doxie Pro is our current model – it's the Doxie we make today.

My Doxie Q is out of warranty and needs to be replaced.

Our Doxie Out of Warranty Replacement Program offers a 35% discount on a new Doxie Pro.
