Why is Doxie unresponsive?

If Doxie is completely unresponsive, there's a few reasons why this might be the case:

1. Did you remove the protective film from Doxie's control panel? First, make sure you've removed the protective plastic film from the control panel, and the panel should work.

   

2. Restart Doxie. Try restarting Doxie by toggling the on/off switch.

3. Pull the battery. If all else fails, power cycle the scanner by opening the inner cover and removing the battery for a few seconds.
