Which Doxie Q Series model do I have?

There are multiple versions of Doxie Q. Look at your Doxie’s serial number tag to find the model number:

• Doxie Q: Model# is DX300
• Doxie Q2: Model# is DX320

What's the difference between Doxie Q models?

These models are very similar. Doxie Q2 is an upgraded version of the original Doxie Q (launched in 2016).

Both are fully supported Doxie models, and this help site covers both. Both models are actively offered, but Doxie Q (2016) is now only available in the United States. The advantage of buying Doxie Q over Doxie Q2 is that it's less expensive.

Doxie Q2 adds these things over the original Doxie Q:

• More memory: Doxie Q2 now includes 16GB of memory, with space for up to 8000 scans
• Longer lasting paper pad: Doxie Q2's included, replaceable paper pad now lasts for approximately 7500 pages, up from 3000
• Refined paper guides: Doxie's pop-up paper guides are easier to find
• Longer warranty: Two (2) year limited warranty, up from one (1) year
