Doxie shows "reinsert paper" when I try to scan.

If you're seeing "reinsert paper" while trying to scan a document:

Doxie's paper feeder doesn't see your paper. In order for Doxie to feed your sheets, they need to be pushed in far enough for the rollers go grab them.

Pull the paper out and reinsert it --insert the sheet into the feeder more firmly until you feel it stop as it pushes against the rollers. You don't need to force it in.

If you're seeing "reinsert paper" when changing the Format or DPI:

It's possible to push the Scan button by mistake when you're trying to change the format or DPI settings. Push these buttons squarely, make sure you are not accidentally hitting the Scan button.
