How do I reset Wi-Fi on my Doxie Q?

Resetting Wi-Fi restores the Wi-Fi system to its default settings, and is helpful for troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues. But, please note — it is not a solution for any other type of issue you may be having with your Doxie.

1. Turn on scanner and Wi-Fi. Make sure the blue Wi-Fi LED is on.
2. Insert a paper clip in the reset hole on the back of Doxie Q and hold it down for about 10-15 seconds until the blue LED turns off.
3. Release the reset button.
4. Once the Wi-Fi system has restarted, the blue LED will come back on - the whole process takes about 90 seconds.

Resetting Wi-Fi will revert the scanner back to the default name. You may need to turn your device's Wi-Fi off and on to see the scanner again.
