How do I make my scans save as PDFs?

By default, Doxie Go saves scans as JPEG image files. If you access your scans directly without using the Doxie app, they'll all be JPEGs.

If you're asking this, you're likely not accessing your scans the way we designed it. Don't access the scans directly on Doxie or an SD card – instead, bring your scans into Doxie app. From Doxie’s software, there are options to save out scans as a PDF file, or a PDF with OCR. You can even “staple” multiple scans together into a single PDF file as well.
