I get an Authorization Required message when I try to import scans.

If you're getting a message – "Authorization Required" – on import in the iOS app, you probably have a password protecting your scanner. Enter the password you configured from the Doxie Desktop App. The password will be saved in Doxie for iOS, and you will not be prompted to enter it again until the password becomes invalid (like when you change the password from the Desktop App).

If you've lost your password, you can reset Doxie to factory defaults – push and hold the Wi-Fi button for 10 seconds. Doxie will flash blue during reset. You won’t lose any scans in memory.
