My Doxie Pro won’t turn on.

Doxie Pro needs to be connected to power and to your computer in order to scan. Plug the small end of Doxie’s included power adapter into Doxie Pro’s power port, and the other end into an outlet. If your country uses a different kind of power plug than the one that’s pre-attached, learn how to swap plugs here.

First, let’s check what the power light is doing:

No light at all?

Flashes green then red?
This usually means a power supply issue. Make sure you’re using Doxie Pro’s included adapter (24V @ 1.5amp). If you’ve lost it or it’s damaged, contact us and we’ll help you get a replacement.

Green light but screen is black?
Doxie might be sleeping. Press any button to wake it up.

My Doxie Pro is plugged in, but tapping the power button doesn’t do anything.

In the rare case that your Doxie Pro freezes or becomes unresponsive (e.g., tapping the power button doesn’t do anything), simply unplug the power cable from Doxie Pro and plug it back in. If you still aren’t able to turn your scanner on, please contact Doxie Customer Care and we’ll be glad to help.
