The scan button on my Doxie Pro doesn't do anything.
Make sure Doxie's software is open on your computer. The physical scan button only works when the software is running. You can also click "Scan" in the software instead.
Still not working?
- Check if there's still protective plastic film on the control panel — peel it off if it's there
- Try restarting your computer — sometimes the connection needs a refresh
- Make sure Doxie is showing the USB connected icon on its screen. If not, check your USB connection
