How do I create a multi-page PDF file?

Doxie calls attaching multiple pages together into a stack stapling. If you’ve scanned a multi-page document, the Staple button creates a single, multi-page stack of documents. When you save or send a PDF file, this stack will be saved as one file (in PDF format) with multiple pages.

To staple scans:

  1. Drag scans around in the order you want them stapled.
  2. Hold down the shift key, then select the scans you want to staple.
  3. Click Staple.

If you make a mistake, or wish to re-order your scans, Unstaple with the same button.

When you've stapled the documents you want to turn into a multi-page PDF, select the stack, click Save, and save as a PDF to your computer.

Tip: When you scan a stack of documents using a Doxie with an automatic document feeder like Doxie Pro, they're automatically "stapled" together as they're imported into the software.
