Why does Doxie turn off while importing scans?

There's two reasons that Doxie might be turning off during import:

Most likely: The battery is nearly dead or Doxie isn't charging right -- see here for tips and troubleshooting.

Less likely: Doxie falls asleep after about 5 minutes. If you have hundreds of large scans in memory, Doxie might fall asleep during import -- tap the power button to keep Doxie awake.
