In short, Doxie Go Plus and Doxie Go Wi-Fi are more expensive and have more features than the original Doxie Go.
The original Doxie Go (models DX200 and DX210) scans anywhere – no computer required, has a built-in rechargeable battery, scans at up to 600 dpi, and includes the Doxie app for your Mac or PC.
Doxie Go Plus (model DX220) is the next-generation model of the original Doxie Go, offering 3x the battery life, improved feeding, higher quality images, included power adapter, and a one minute setup process.
Doxie Go Wi-Fi (model DX250) is essentially Doxie Go Plus with built-in Wi-Fi. You can also access your scans wirelessly from your desktop or iOS device with Doxie for iOS.
