How do I reset a frozen, unresponsive scanner?

If Doxie is completely unresponsive (frozen), here's how to get it going again:

1. Restart Doxie. Try restarting Doxie by holding down the on/off button.
2. Pull the battery. If the button doesn't respond, power cycle the scanner by removing the battery for a few seconds.
