How do I reset Doxie Go SE?

If your Doxie has become unresponsive (frozen), you can “reset” it by removing the battery for a couple of seconds. Open the battery door then re-insert the battery door.

Beyond that, Doxie doesn't have a traditional "reset" function – if you're having trouble, review our FAQs for help or ask Doxie Customer Care for expert assistance. Let us know what you're having trouble with and we'd be happy to help.

There's a small hole under the back button that's specific to the Wi-Fi feature only -- insert a paper clip and hold it down for 10 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi feature. This switch resets the Wi-Fi system to default settings, and is helpful for troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues. But, please note -- it is not a solution for any other type of issue you may be having with your Doxie. (If your Doxie doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi, this hole still exists, but doesn't do anything.)
