My document jammed in the middle of a scan.

If Doxie jams or stops during a scan, stop the scan by opening the cover, then remove the paper, and try scanning again. Be sure to use the paper guide when you scan.

If Doxie continues to jam:

• Adjust Doxie's paper guide and allow the scanner to prefeed. Hold the sheet against the rollers until it begins to scan.
• Clean Doxie's rollers. After scanning for a long time, dust can become stuck on Doxie’s rollers, causing feeding issues (especially with thick paper). Try cleaning Doxie's rollers to resolve.
• Flatten out wrinkled sheets. For pages that are particularly wrinkled, flatten the sheets before scanning. If your page is damaged, scan it from the cleanest end – you can flip it later in the Doxie app!
