Cleaning & Care

  1. Doxie doesn’t like it rough. Treat Doxie with care.
  2. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean Doxie’s exterior. Never use an abrasive substance.
  3. Clean Doxie if your scans are showing lines, black dots, or other quality issues. Use Doxie's included cleaning tool to safely clean Doxie. Insert the tool in the paper slot on the back of the scanner, then slowly move the tool back and forth across the entire width of the slot a few times.

Never attempt to repair Doxie yourself. Contact Doxie Customer Care for assistance.
