Factory refurbished warranty

Occasionally, we offer factory refurbished Doxie models. These have a one (1) year warranty.

Out of warranty service

If your Doxie is out of warranty, or you damaged it, please contact Doxie Customer Care -- we're still happy to help.

If your scanner is in need of replacement, our informal policy is to replace out of warranty Doxie Go SE scanners for US$100. Proof of purchase is required, and this policy is subject to change without notice.
