Scanner Won't Turn On

Let's get your Doxie Pro powered up and running.
My Doxie Pro won't turn on
First, let's check a few things:
Is the power light doing anything?

No light at all: Check that both ends of the power adapter are firmly plugged in — into Doxie's power port and into the wall outlet. Try a different outlet. Make sure you're holding the power button for 1 second.

Flashes green then red: This usually means a power supply issue. Make sure you're using Doxie Pro's included power adapter (24V @ 1.5amp). If you've lost it or it's damaged, contact us and we'll help you get a replacement.

Green light but screen is black: Doxie might be sleeping. Press any button on the control panel to wake it up. Doxie goes to sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity — learn more about sleep mode.
📌 Just unpacked your Doxie Pro? Make sure you've removed the protective film from the control panel — it's easy to miss!
Still having trouble?
If none of the above resolved the issue, try unplugging the power cable from Doxie Pro, waiting a few seconds, and plugging it back in.
