I lost my cleaning and/or calibration sheets

The original Doxie needs to be calibrated for its first use with a new computer, and occasionally thereafter if image quality changes.

If you lost your calibration sheet, you can use a white sheet of paper (8.5x11" / A4) to calibrate in a pinch.

If you'd like replacement cleaning and calibration sheets, you need a Doxie DX100 Maintenance Kit. We keep some of these around as spare parts -- just ask Doxie Customer Care for a set (and include your address).

Note, this kit is for the original Doxie only - the black scanner with pink hearts:
